TechSense Summit 2026, at Deloitte, “Infrastructure is Power!”: Resilience and sovereignty

The Dots I 4:42 pm, 5th March

The new TechSense Summit, “Infrastructure is Power!” edition, will take place on March 18th, 2026, at DSquare, Deloitte Luxembourg. The event will bring together CIOs, IT leaders and technology providers to discuss how infrastructure decisions are becoming a strategic lever for resilience, control and long-term competitiveness in an era shaped by cloud, artificial intelligence (AI) and growing regulatory demands.

Infrastructure: A new strategic pillar of cyber resilience

As cyber threats intensify and digital environments grow more complex, organizations are rethinking how they approach security and IT infrastructure. In its Predicts 2026 report, Gartner anticipates that by 2028, half of CISOs will formally rebrand their cybersecurity programs as cyber resilience initiatives, while 50% will also be responsible for disaster recovery, in addition to incident response, highlighting a broader shift toward cyber resilience

In this context, IT infrastructure is no longer seen as a purely technical foundation. The rise of cloud computing, AI and growing regulatory pressure is redefining the balance between control, data governance and operational readiness. For many organizations, the ability to manage and secure their infrastructure has become a strategic factor in maintaining resilience, trust and long-term competitiveness.

These challenges will be at the heart of the upcoming TechSense Summit, “Infrastructure is Power!” edition, where CIOs, IT leaders and technology providers will explore how infrastructure choices shape organizations’ capacity to remain secure, adaptable and prepared in an increasingly uncertain digital and geopolitical landscape. Today, infrastructure doesn’t just support the business; it defines its ability to decide, adapt, and endure.

Infrastructure, sovereignty and resilience at the center of the discussions

This year’s TechSense Summit will bring together leading voices, who will share perspectives on the future of infrastructure, the growing role of AI in IT operations, and the strategic importance of data governance and cloud architectures.

Keynote sessions will feature insights from Deloitte, Dynatrace, G-Core, DEEP, InTech, Dionys and Nutanix, offering concrete perspectives on topics such as AI-driven operations, next-generation cloud strategies and the role of infrastructure in enabling secure and scalable AI adoption.

A highlight of the event will be a high-level debate on digital sovereignty, bringing together Alain Herrmann (Commissioner, CNPD), Claude Marx (Director General, CSSF) and Ludovic Gilles (Director, DEEP) to discuss whether sovereignty is primarily driven by market offerings or by regulatory frameworks.

The plenary conference will begin at 4:00 PM and conclude with a networking cocktail, offering attendees an opportunity to continue the discussions and connect with peers from Luxembourg’s technology and business community.

Whether you are a CIO, an IT leader or a professional eager to understand how technology is reshaping business, the TechSense Summit offers a unique space for inspiration and knowledge-sharing.
